another one for mickle method - easy and quick esp if done regularly.

I've found the pro road ceramic lube really great - the ceramic grains pick up a bit of dust which colours the ceramic specks but apart from that it's served my bikes very well.

Hmm, with so many recommending the 'Mickle Method' it has to be worth checking out. I've searched and searched the forum, but can't find reference to it. Could someone provide a link?

TIA ;)

The pro gold arrived today, cleaned the chain and applied it, lots of black crud came out, did it again and it cleaned up so I wiped the chain cleaned and applied a little more gold and it now looks clean and silky smooth.

While doing that I fitted a small cheap Shimano computer, anyone tells you it`s easy trying to find a spot where you can maintain the 5mm between sensor and magnet on a front suspension fork where you have purpose made brackets for the mudguards stays hasn`t done it:laugh:

Anyway, all installed and running fine, now all I need is some decent weather to start breaking my Brooks saddle in:laugh:

Thanks for all your helpful advice.
