Brand new chainset and bottom bracket

Brand new frame

Brand new cassette

Brand new chain

pedal uphill, seated and the chain slips.

It did this with the same setup as above but with an old cassette and chain, so I replaced them thinking it would cure it.

What could possibly be the cause, something like incorrect B-tension screw? I'm at a loss.

slack chain is a typical cause, and occasionally new parts need 100 mile or so to work well together.

Does it happen in every gear?

Chainset is a triple - slippage seems to be in:

granny and 4th sprocket
any lower gears in the middle ring when pedalling hard, especially if I dare to stand up

Additional possibilities can be:
1) rear mech jockey arm or hanger bent or rear mech springs weakened
2) freehub ratchets failing/slipping (i.e. not chain/sprocket)
