Has anyone done a route like this before?

I’ve got over 2 weeks (August) and I’m thinking of doing the velódysee for some of it (maybe from La Rochelle).

Any advice welcome.

Two weeks when? The Tour is going to Brittany this year like for the next week or so, so it might be a bit busy.

Good morning @Polite …. I live about 65km south of St Malo and cycle quite extensively in central Brittany.

If you need any detailed help planning your route south from St Malo to say, Nantes, please ask me.

My neighbour lived in La Rochelle for years - so again if you have any general questions about that area, then fire away

There is quite a lot of literature out there on the EV1 cycleroute (Roscoff to Biarritz, if memory serves) so that should help you with route planning

I've got the fast ferry to St Malo, it was a nice trip!

Change in personal circumstances means I have had to cancel the start and end points.

I still have 2 weeks - mid August to the end.

Prefer to not to fly, so ferry or train.

Any suggestions of somewhere new to go?

I'm pretty fit, could do 100km a day.
