Changes for the worse that have happened in my lunchtime.

Just finished lunch and had a chunky cheese and pickle sandwich.

To my dismay some pickle fell out of it and had marked my top.

Lunch is for wimps, so I had the last of the butternut squash soup and some brown toast.

I may have left a mess in the kitchen.

Nothing - some of us lead charmed lives.

What did I eat? A bun filled with Coronation Chicken and a creamy coffee. Nice and light as we are going off for a toddle around the local fields and woods.

I nearly had a disaster - was supposed to be cooking some part-baked rolls for lunch, but forgot to set the kitchen timer. Luckily I remembered (or rather the smell reached my nostrils) and I was able to get them out of the oven before they were completely cremated!

On my daily dog walk in my local park this lunchtime, its really noticeable how long the grass is getting. Council obviously putting off cutting it in this lockdown.
This causes two issues for me, picking up my own dogs shyte in long grass is difficult at best, with plenty of finger through the bag opportunities..... also the long grass will hide other dogs shyte that the irresponsible owners dont bother to pick up. Causing far higher possibilities of me stepping in it.

I nearly had an awful change for the worse in MY lunchtime today. I had made myself a big mug of coffee and was supping it while using my laptop. Next thing I knew, my leg felt rather warm and wet (smutty schoolboy comments about online pornography already predicted, so don't bother! ).

I had dozed off and tipped coffee on my leg... Fortunately, the coffee had cooled and it missed the laptop!

She certainly has a big influence on what we do, as a dog, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Me too; as an aside I often take a couple of boiled eggs in my box. I'm unsure of their rank though.
