Copyright MCML. There's nothing new about driving issues, is there?

No, which leads me to think that there is something inherent about human nature, protection of property, and the shielding effect a car has that results in bad road behaviour. I'm not convinced it is societal.

Cycling again around London made me realise that, even on a Sunday, it is really pointless bothering to try to speed in a car - or even really go above 20mph. On a cycle you realise that the car that skoots past at 40mph will be held up again within 30 seconds at the next queue, waiting for me to cycle past and disappear off into the distance.
