Changing axle for novatec D412SB hub with 12x142 mm to 135 mm QR bolt

I just bought a set of carbon wheels from China. Unfortunately I ordered the rear wheel With a 12 x 142 mm Axle. The hub is a novatec D412SB as I was planning to get a new bike with this configuration. Unfortunately given the present status of specialized my bike may or may not arrive in the year 2021. As a result I’m using my Cannondale. I tried to switch to the carbon wheel but found out the rear axle is 135 mm with quick release. Now it’s easy for me to convert the 12 mm diameter to quick release however the axle is 15 mm x 142 mm And cannot be used. It is designed for disc brakes and Shimano 11 speed. Anyone know how to get a 135mm rear axle bolt which will fit through the novtec D412SB hub. I would prefer if it is QR

You replace the endcaps front and rear for the QR ones.

Edit to add: Don't necessarily buy that kit specifically, you'll probably be able to find something in the UK.
