Hi guys, will it be ok to replace the Ultegra 6600 cassette with a tiagra cs-4600.

Yes, if you want, provided the number of gears are the same and that you're staying with a similar low gear you should be fine.

Yes, 6600 is 10 speed as is Tiagra, so you should be okay. The only thing I'd be concerned about is whether the cassette and the rear derailleur are compatible. If the cassette you're fitting is a wider-range than the old one, the derailleur might not be able to cope with the extra teeth unless it's a medium or long cage. What ratio cassette did you have, and what are you replacing it with? Also, do you know if the derailleur is medium or long cage?

It's fine to replace any part with a compatible part of either lower cost - or higher cost. Tiagra stuff is pretty good - especially the chains, which are only around a tenner and are usually a better/cheaper option than KMC or other choices...

Thanks for the replies, well I changed it and now when in the easiest gear the cogs rubbing the derailleur?
