changing tyres and innertubes ?

i am soon going to have to change my tyres i am going to use gatorskin 700x28 a thinner tyre than currently on what innertubes do you recomend

Your existing tubes should be fine. When you need more, get ones rated for use in a 700x28 tyre.

what innertubes do you recomend

Any ones that hold air. But seriously any tubes the right size are good, you'll pay more for ones that are a wee bit lighter but IMO its not worth it, I wouldn't notice the difference anyway and some leak air out faster than cheaper tubes. You'll need some that say something like 700x25-32, 700 being the approximate diameter and 25-32 being the range its supports (from 25mm tyres to 32mm tyres), 28mm being in the middle. If your existing tubes do a range which spans 28mm you can comfortably re use them.
