Not really, what you want is one that supports your sit bones rather than the squishy bits either side.
Obvously you haven't got a 'charge spoon bum' in the same way that some people (with 'Brooks bums') can jump straight on a Brooks B17 and ride 100s miles in immediate comfort, whist others find them instrument's of torture.
If you have saddles that you like already, then it may be worth measuring them and finding saddles with similar dimensions.
Oh and if you don't like the spoon, avoid the Madison Flux which is basically the same saddle.
