Been reading his twitter feed all week. Really funny, even his followers are funny too. It seems some Telegraph hack has had a hard time adjusting to Brooker's humour and had a pop at Brooker calling David Cameron "a reptile" on the TV. If thats as bad as it gets for Cameron in as far as critique goes then it strikes me that a) Cameron prolly doesnt actually worry about it and b) the hack was having a REALLY SLOWWWW week.

Now Brooker has reacted in typical style, posting all kinds of messages asking for "evidence" that Cameron is some kind of reptilian mutant, LOL! His followers have reponded:

Think you've heard that creepy "crying baby" fox sound in your garden late at night? Guess again. It's Cameron, every time

I once saw David Cameron pretend to throw a stick for a dog, but not actually throw it. Just pure evil

A friend saw Cameron s*** on a screwdriver then use it to take apart the poker table at an old people's home

I once saw Cameron vomit up his entire skeleton to avoid having to admit he doesn't know where Wales is.

At points I have cried with laughter.

OK so now I'm folowing him, at least that means I can drop Ned Boulting. Cav is still my favourite tweeter, I enjoy the way he still cant believe he's got a model for a girlfriend.

I've seen her inteviewed on the telly, comes across as a really nice girl and quite intelligent. Not the stereotypical page 3 model. I think I follow about 100 people now. Boulting is still good. (More suprised that people follow me, haha)

Read the Cycling Weekly interview with her, got that same impression.

I limit myself to ten, with a strict one in, one out policy. That way it doesn't clog up my HTC.

The one I thought would be fantastic to follow but turned out to be tedious: Lance.

He's outdone himself with both "the only people that want to drive at 80mph are those with small penises" and "David Cameron is a reptile" angles recently. Both have created ardent supporters (pitching in with funny contributions) and entrenched detractors (inadvertently pitching in with funny contributions).

It's made me wary of saying too much if I ever disagree with something he writes, purely because I could end up as silly looking in my anger as some people sending him messages recently....

Lance eh - have to agree with you on that one, very tedious, but as you said earlier Cav is great, also Alex Dowsett is great, young and unaffected, specially when he got his new Jag yesterday

It's the fact that he's so obviously taking the p*ss that makes the humourless responses funny.

The way he's baiting those who're now responding and saying ' You used to be funny' etc is priceless. It always tickles me that some people just can't see they're being 'had'.

Did anyone hear last week's 'So Wrong It's Right' on Radio 4 (which Charlie hosts)? There was a hilarious argument between him & Lee Mack about Twitter - worth checking out if it's not gone from Listen Again yet.
