Cheap Accommodation for Mont Ventoux

I'm thinking of a cheap go at Mont Ventoux next May, any recommendations for a cheap place to stay for a couple of nights. Will be driving down so don't necessarily need local but do want to be within 1 hour of the start (Bedoin). Is there a convenient Formula 1 ?

I stayed at www.veloventoux.com. Not sure of the price now but it was a class act.

Ahhhhh. But I'm going with my cycling buddy - any proposal from him is likely involve alcohol rather than matrimony which is just as well as he's not my type !

Go onto Airbnb.com and put Malaucene in the search box. You will find something suitable on there I am sure.

Go to Bedoin. Take the road to Ventoux. There is a hostel on the Chemin de la Ferraille, 50 yards or so from the roundabout. It's right next to the Route de Mt Ventoux, it's cheap, it serves decent food in large portions, there's plenty of space to leave your bikes and you won't be the only ones getting up at 6am to ride the mountain before the day gets hot.
