18 year old relatively casual cyclist, looking to buy a new hybrid bike.

Hi, I'm pretty tall (6ft 1), pretty fit and pretty confident on the road. Got a couple of old banger bikes that have hit the end and looking to buy a new one.
Planned use would not be intense but for light commuting a few times a week and some weekend riding through parks and forests so I figure hybrid is the option for me. Got a fairly small budget of around £200 but not looking for anything fancy, just something that won't need constant repairs and with a large enough frame for me to ride comfortably.
Anywhere that would offer money off in exchange for the bangers would be considered too.
Any recommendations appreciated, thanks.

Carrera Subway from Halfords on a special, or look at decathlons range

Evans sometimes do trade ins but they don't have much if anything in your price range

For that price consider, I would consider buying a used bike as you will get more for your money. You can try e bay or Gumtree etc.
I have specialised sirrus range is quite good, I have a sirrus elite.

Yeah I've thought about second hand but I've had second hand bikes my whole life up to this point and there just always seems to be some problem that comes from somewhere. I'm hoping that just buying something new will give me some good use before I'll need to make repairs (whether this will actually happen is another question!)
Subway looks good it's on the shortlist for now, definitely.
Thanks for the responses so far.

Mm, I'm sure it's better value. I just don't have the time or know-how to sift through the Crap and wait for a good deal right now, need a bike asap at this point

Go to halfords and decathlon. I have no experience as no store nearby but Go Outdoors have cheap bikes which seem better regarded than the typical BSO
