Apart from being a bit out of date (not usually a problem I wrestle with...) my Asda table salt contains Sodium Ferrocyanide as an anti-caking agent!

Always read such things very, very carefully. My grandad only enlisted to fight in WWII because he thought the poster had said "Let's give the nun a good licking."

We use cyanide in the lab. Part of the safe disposal procedure involves conversion to the hexacyanoferrate (ferrocyanide) ion. It doesn't release free cyanide.

The last time I knowingly used cyanide was sepia toning during the photographic process..

Cyanide! Pah, lightweights. We use arsenic gas at work. I fix the machines that use arsenic gas :eek:

Having said that, I have burned my fair share of decking board off-cuts :eek:
