Cheese before sleep warning

Last night I dreamt I was living in a huge country mansion, kids running around the grounds in joy, my wife deciding which lake she would sit by to start a new watercolour painting.

I woke up terrified but luckily realised it was just a nightmare when I heard the traffic thundering pass, the smell of pollution and the news that the central line was running with delays.

I had Horlicks for the mfirst time in ages last nigh, going to read the lable but I'm sure it's got plenty of sugar to act as a stimulant!.

Managed to get to sleep only to have my 4 year old daughter waking up at 3am due to the bloody wind!.
Being Scottish means I have a sweet tooth genetically build in lol. Excess sugar has never ket me awake.
