I go along with Fab Foodie in the opening post. Always thought Chris Packham was a total wally, but then heard a radio program the other morning, where he was talking about his Aspergers and his upbringing, and it all seemed to fall into place.
Incidentally, and veering wildly off topic (sorry), on the same programme was Ralph McTell, the veteran folksinger. He told how he still gets stage fright even after all these years, and how he has a persistent nightmare about being in a theatre and being called up to the stage to sing, and then not being able to find his way to the stage. He said he has to go through his pre-show preparation in a very specific order, to keep himself under control before a gig. Blimey!
