Our local Aldi finally got the Lebkuchen in so we had to try a pack to mack sure they were up to scratch,and they were;gonna have to restrain ourselves up until christmas I think.

I like them without the lid, pasty to filling ratios!!! And easier to pop on some brandy butter or cream nearer Christmas! (And I can make more mince pies out of each batch of pastry!!!It ain't got no lid on
