Finished the document, unfortunatley it is MASSIVE, around 52,000 characters long, so wont fit as a post.

I am considering a summarised version but am mindful that this may leave many questiones unaswered.

May have to revert to wiki, which is a shame as i didnt really want to link it to another site.

To follow up, some of you will have noticed a new sticky titled "the essential guide for new commuters".

So its posted and ready for download, please feel free to add comments regarding content, (Althought I dont fancy re-designing all the graphics, so if you dont like the way it looks.......tough) and I shall do my best to update to accomodate these comments on a regular basis.
