Clacton/Colchester area training buddy

Hi guys, I love in Clacton on Essex and am training towards London to Paris in July. Wondering if there is anyone in my local area who would want a training buddy? I'm doing around 30 miles average at the moment with the occasional 50 thrown in, pace is about 15-17 weather dependant! So that's my level. ...... Any takers?

Hi what days can you ride? mid week, weekends? I work a rolling 4 on 4 off shift so let me know. Maybe meet up half way between Clacton and Colchester?
