Always makes me smile when they say “it won’t take much to get it running” if that’s the case, you get it running then!

Really? If that's all it needs then spend the £50 and bump the price up accordingly.

Or, "an easy fix". Yet not easy that the seller was able to do it themselves.

A lot of this is criminally fraudulent behaviour, plain and simple.

Yes plastic with a veneer skin possibly but looks better than bland black / grey plastic / carbon transfer IMHO

I’m not adverse to a bit of wood however Mercedes just seemed to do it so much better.

Piano black makes me laugh. A shiny black moulded surface is about the cheapest finish to produce, and eejuts pay a premium for it.
