Just a quick suggestion before you sell it on, AL 700S is probably Aluminium 7005, tubing, Claud Butler tend to name their bikes more recognisably, have a look at the top tube, there is a squiggle there that is indistinguishable in the photo but is where my old Legend had its name. Your new bike looks exceedingly like a newer vrsion of that, but they did/do a few in very similar vein.
I swapped that bike for a kids climbing frame and still wish I'd hung onto it, it was a lovely ride for a commuter or easygoing mile muncher. My gripe was that the rear deraileur quickly and regularly lost it's just so indexing - not a clue what caused it, frame and hanger were right, new mech and shifters didn't solve it, it was the one thing that just annoyed the hell out of me after a while & a pal had the next version up, his did the same just not as quickly.
