Use olive oil to grease a baking sheet, and any parts of the sheet that weren't covered by the pastry end up with a slightly sticky, brownish coating when the baking is done.
Any idea how to get this off without also removing the non-stick coating? Soaking and elbow grease (with a 'non-stick' scourer) don't seem to do the job.
(I know...don't use olive oil... but I've done it now!)
