Cleaning... Indoors

Go parents...make a mess in thier house/garage/shed/garden.

Family is in Blackpool... Thinking about it, I go home for a bath every now and then. Only fair the wheels get the same treatment. Alas, I think the shower option is the best so far!

When its raining, just hang it out of the window and give it a good scrub or else just hang it out of the window, connect a hose to the tap and give it a good hoseing down. At night preferably.

I wheel my bike through the living room and shower it off in the wet room. If Hubster complains he can go stuff himself. Any mud or muck left from wheeling the bike through is quickly dealt with by my Henry Vacuum cleaner.

sounds like an excuse to get it serviced - as they will have to clean it to do anything, so will get both clean bike AND winter weather service / oils

Get one of these portable washers and was it outside in the street http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/mobi-v-17-portable-bike-pressure-washer/rp-prod46653 I've just purchased one from CRC (it was on offer though for around £99) and it is fantastic. I just use it with a spray of Muc-Off and I no longer need to use brushes or sponges,

Depends on the (goes off to check sex tick box) wife. This one has no issues with it, in fact it is usually my husband complaining that i have had one of the wheels in the kitchen sink again and not cleaned the tiles properly in this household! What I really need is a wet room downstairs to make life easier, but that would mean moving house...

If you only have a bath now and then, I wouldn't be too worried about the bike!

Just take the bike into the shower with you. Once you're both clean, I'm sure you'll know the bike even better...
