Then I "paint" all metal bits with pound shop 3 in one oil
My BSO for commuting looks still like new

Cheap car wash and citrus based degreaser and a standard hosepipe on sprinkle to rinse followed by gt 85 for brake+mechs and chain lube.

No wash this weekend as i have been to busy being sniffly , i am probably a bit overdosed atm ..........
