Same as mine. LOOK KEO's. they are great imo. Stick with it. Much better feel to riding without. I use normal flat pedals on my commute, and feet slip about (especially in damp bumpy conditions) , no such issues if you go clipless

If you have ever done any skiing, that does make clipping in and out easier

i was about to give up on cleats after a few falls and came across easy release cleats sh 56 ? i havnt fallen since changing to these. dont know if they fit your pedals mine are spd mtb type

Sh56 will require changing the pedals.

I lost confidence a while back with Sh51 cleats after several close calls. I got some Sh56 and used them for a while and, over time, increased the tension on the pedals to about mid point. I then changed back to Sh51. At the same time I reduced pedal tension to minimum.

I now use Sh51 on my hybrid and CX bikes and Look Keo on my road bike. Wouldn't be without kleats now.

'fallen off' do you mean?

Don't tempt fate...but I don.t think TT clipless moments should be advertised on here ;)
