My primary exercise is cycling. 30 mile rides every week or so. Other than that it's moving round the office.
A couple of weeks ago my left knee started clicking when my foot hit the ground on every step. It only happens on the flat.
My MTB has a high bottom bracket so stopping is a stretch for that leg, or a hop forward off the saddle.
Is this a case of big strong quads causing an imbalance?
