Climb % gradient values

Does anyone know a website that shows the percentage gradient of a climb?
I'm quite interested in equating my hill climbs to those of others and as training for races.

It always surprises (and depresses) me when you see % inclines as an angle. 10% is hard enough work without thinking that it's only a couple of degrees.

If you plot a route on RidewithGPS eg https://ridewithgps.com/routes/13226156 (Dartmoor Devil) then placing the cursor on the route or the profile below the map produces a distance, height and incline readout on the profile.
