Closet cyclists

Today i discovered my neighbour is a closet cyclist. When i moved in he told me he had a bike and described it as "nothing much". Tonight (18 months later) he showed it to me.
Black shiny LeMond road bike... Stuck to a turbo trainer coz he's a tad nervous to go out on it and doesn't go far coz he's a bit unfit (and he had pneumonia last year)
I'm about to change his life...

Best thing about people who don't ride their bikes much - offer to take it off their hands for a much reduced price. You get a cheap bike and they get money

i would but i haven't got room for any more... So I'm gonna have to do the decent thing and get him on some cafe runs. There is a little town 4 miles away, fairly flat, that will be our first Sunday ride out.
