Turns out he got a hernia as well from when he hit the bars , he has been steady riding on the turbo until he found out

Phil has been riding for about a month and has gone back to work as he was only getting statuary sick pay , he was in good spirits until he had his covid jab which has left him feeling tired and headache so hasnt been riding for about a week as he doesn't feel up to it .
