Well I have touched it with a spoon at the 1hour mark and it seems to be sticking to the spoon (right terminology?).

If you're talking about one of these...

...then, yeah, spoon is the right terminology.

It just hanst worked. Took the tin off after 3 1/2 hours and it just slopped onto the plate. It tastes okay but I think I should have whipped the cream a bit more.
Next time I will try to not make the same mistake.

More than likely the cream needed a bit more. I find you can electric whisk for a few mins and look as if nothing is happening, then all of a sudden it just turns. The more you make the easier it becomes to tell. I learnt from trial and error.

Here's one i made earlier. Malteaser variation. Malteaser's on top and also half the box crushed up and folded in when folding the cheese and cream mix together. Also has a Maryland double Choc cookie base.

If you want something that looks fun, make a normal cake mix, split into two parts and add coco to one half and mix in. Then fill the cake tin with decent size blobs (technical cookery term that) of the mixes, makes a marbled plain/chocolate cake.
