I don't know If I am being a little bit thick, but what is a 'CNC' Wheel.
Have you tried Google?
I found the answer straight off.
It's a wheel with CNC (computerised) machined parts - particularly the brake surface.

Unlike good ten pound notes.Good hubs are forged.
......Good hubs are forged.
I think they'd do it for increased manufacture, repeatability, that sort of thing. It is nothing to brag about since only the smallest cheapskate manufacturers will do this.
These ones are.The wheel isn't CNC'd, the hub is.
You'd probably turn a hub. This means the hub was milled from one solid piece of material.
As well as mill it.You'd probably turn a hub.
Maybe, I turned the whole thing recently, though that was for a concept bike thing. As well as mill it.

Yeah, but I think you'd find that most forged goods are finished by machining. The primary step is forging and that's all important for strength and stuff, which I'm sure you know......and then CNC machined.
