Congratulations, hope you got enough to but a new bike.
I took early retirement because we had a cold wet summer and all my days off (Not weekends because I worked shifts.) suffered from bad weather. The next summer was no better but I managed to get out in between the really bad bits and at the end of the 'summer' had done a lot more miles than my previous best.
Anyway it's good of you to tell us about the weather so early in the year. Where do I send the bill for the new waterproof jacket?

did the same back in 2001 payed a few bills off then picked up the ctc tours list of hols found one where i would poss never get to again booked it had a great 3 weeks with 18 like mined ppl ...VENEZULA .....or plan a lejogs aother great trip
