Pedestrians have a right to walk pretty much where they choose.

Which doesn't extend to being careless and thoughtless.

I nearly took out some skinny jogger this morning.
I was on my paper round, with my good old paper trolley, did a left at the end of a road, about to slide my paper trolley out, as i always do, as this skinny female jogger runs right infront of me.
That wouldn't of been very good if i was going abit faster and slid the trolley round the courner, would have just taken out her legs

PS meant commuting is like that, lots of gormless students about at present, and doors being flung open - stay away from the Dominion - or more commonly known as the DMZ - Door Military Zone.
