Personal Best today 15.6 miles in just over an hour 14.9 mph. I hadn't even made 13 before today. Must be the bib tights I bought in Decathlon on Saturday.

Did Hornchurch-Rush Green, Becontree, Valance Ave to A13 today. Went Barking, East Ham on Thursday. Still not sure which is best. Although my arse hurt going that way with all the pot holes in the Romford Road.![]()

Hopefully we will be avoiding the A13, the A1306 I can cope with. After driving on the A13 in my old job and seeing the amount of motorbikes getting knocked down it didn't make it look too inviting I must say!
