I've edited the thread title to include some key words that will hopefully get more targetted searches on both here and Google and I've also added the additional info to the first post.
John makes a reasonable point though about 25 miles per day - it's both a very relaxed pace and a short distance and you'd need a very compact area of France to find B&B's and sight-seeing opportunities so close together. It may be worth considering a change of wording to "up to 60 miles per day depending on the final route".
It may seem like a tall order if you've not done 60 miles before, but with a companion to cycle with, sights to see, the warm (and hopefully quiet) countryside to enjoy - the miles will just roll away - you'll be pleasantly surprised.
