I am happy to report, I survived - I think! Pat is a star with the patience of a saint :-) I even did more riding than walking this time. I still refuse to do even the littlest hill - for now.

Ah Pat, your too nice. Actually down is not the problem, it's back up but that would've great if you could help. Dying to go out again. That said I'm doped up just now so probably just as well I'm not a danger on the pavement ;-)
