Connect Eco Bike (halfrauds)

Has anyone here got a connect coyote eco bike from halfords?? If so do you know where the serial no is for the bike?? A relative of mine has just bought one and he wants the frame serial no so he has it if the unfortunate happens? We've had it upside down and side to side and cannot find a no etched onto the frame anywhere so any advice welcomed,

Found it!! It's actually where you expect it to be just that the paint is so glossy and the light not the greatest.
