Consett to stanhope moors ?

has anyone peddled from consett to stanhope theough the moors and down crawleyside bank ?

Is it hard going ? Planning on getting dropped off in consett and peddling through the moors to stanhope, along to crook, and then to washington.

Just wondering how tough the moors was incase im trying to take too much on by myself,

Hi i live in consett and do that route up to stanhope its a long drag up there its 12 miles to the bottom of crawleyside bank it usually takes me about 1 hour to get there as long as you take your time you will be ok

ahh spot on, cheers mate. just hope the weather in them thar hills is ok haha. I thought it would be further rhan 12 mile to stanhope through the moors.
