Hi I used to cycle and post on here quite a bit until about 7 years back when some medical stuff I wont bore everyone with made cycling difficult.
To cut a long story short I can now do some cycling (longest ride under 20 slow miles).
I cant do the sideways swipe needed for gear changes on most modern road bikes but can use the bar end shifters on my old Jamis steel tourer that has been hung up in the shed for far too long now and is a pretty nice bike to ride if your not in a hurry :-)
