A few on here have made it very plain via PM what I can do with myself recently. Others have had the guts to put it in the threads where I've posted.
I've had posts & threads deleted, threads locked & in the last week a warning about going off topic in a thread I started. I even posted that reason in the thread.
I'm now starting to question why I'm posting, if every post I make or thread I start runs the chance of being deleted or a warning issued over it.
For those who have made your feelings known via PM, nows your chance to make them known to all on here.

@Arch I single you out for one reason only. In the thread Advice sought.
You were right in a post you made, it was a user on here that didn't want their identity known. Not for my safety but for the kids safety. I only made things worse for them, having been told by one organisation, well represented on here, that its nothing to do with them.

If the profile is there still I was "UnKnown", asking for help. Some of the comments made & removed, were most insightful into the minds of some on here. Some came from people who claim to have our interests at heart, but when that help was required, it was met of here with "its not their problem". MTFU on here. Easy say it, harder to actually do it, when you have the same people telling you both. Will they now come forward & be explain how it can be done. I know who they were, as do they.

Shaun you may have noticed that I don't post in the same areas as I used to. This because of the PM's where people made known their feelings. I felt it safer & a lot less work for yourself & the moderators to have to do if, I stopped posting there. Start/continue elswhere is what was done. With the same people making their feelings known via PM. How many others has this happenned to on here I wonder?

I don't know how long this thread will remain open for further replies. But if locked, then those who only see this post can take a long hard look at themselves & say "I did that". Some may even say it with a bit of pride in what they have managed to do. Names I have no intention of putting up. That would just bring forth a sea of denials & recriminations. It would also see the thread locked, if not deleted.

I like many of the "longer serving"(Is that correct?) are/were refugees from a now defunct forum, Cycling Plus. For those who may not have heard of it, but may have come across it as the mass migration/emigration or seen it mentioned as C+.

Google & Bing have robots that have picked up on this already.

Slowmotion, PM's sent in very plain english over the last week, thar cannot be taken or read any other way, than the way in which they were intended. Pure hatred.

Stay, but take a break for a while and come back when ready again, that's what I do every so often.
Either that or put the offending posters on your ignore list. FWIW, I know I have been a bit off with you in the past too, I apologise, but you just need to walk away sometimes and take stock.

Chin up!

Interesting that you feel that way C33. I've had a couple of posts edited or removed over the last few days, for nothing that I would have thought of as offensive to anyone here. I've been here for three and a half years and it has never happened before.

Time for a game.?

Classic, If it is any consolation, you aren't the only one who is being pushed around and having decisions made on your behalf for no specific reason, or that you may or may not have infringed any rules here.
I too was one of the migrants from C+ and that collective movement, lock stock and barrel is what gave life to this forum.
It is their bat and their ball, and if that is how they want to play it, you either play along or don't bother logging in....shame really as ultimately, it is the interaction with others here which is what gives the place is vibrancy, and not people posting in closed boards.

@classic33 - if people have made offensive PMs to you, invite 'Moderators' into the conversations so that we can take a look - I don't know about Shaun, but the rest of us cannot see conversations unless invited into them.

If you go this route, please invite 'Moderators', rather than an individual mod, so we can all see the problem.

A sender of a PM can block the recipient from inviting others into the conversation. I am sure I read private chats are stored for 365 days should a user report another..

I have spent lots of time on forums. To avoid unwantesd distasteful private messages alter your privacy settings to allow private messages from people you follow. Like others have mentioned take a break or accept that forums are at times moderated in line with TOS.. Most of all dont take words of others so personaly, people have bad days say things in haste etc..
