@Arch sorry if how I singled you out came across wrong, that was never the intention. You were the first to realise that it was someone already on here asking. The fact the majority of posts were removed doesn’t reflect what you said. Its down at two pages from four.
To those who have said it’s a case of attention seeking consider this:
I have made no secret of the fact that I had testicular cancer, losing them in the process to the cancer, I even put a song up on the forum, earlier this year, the same day I’d got a set of results. That song was “The End Is Near”, the results were positive. I got asked to change the record, I took no offence at that. That after all is part of what can be expected posting anywhere. That person will not be named as no offence was taken
However, to be told to get a set of balls & MTFU, then be reminded in the same PM. That owing to the fact that I’d lost them due to cancer is below the belt in my book. In more ways than one! It wasn’t a one-off either. Same member posted the same message more than once.
So, please go ahead & explain if you can, how what I’ve posted or how I’ve posted can draw that sort of comment? I’m sure your answers will be found amusing by some.
I was off this forum for two weeks & came back to over a dozen PM’s, including two of the one given above, that spat nothing but hate in my direction. From more than one user/member. These have continued since & are deleted. Blocking all those but who I follow, I don’t know as I’ve often had them from people asking advice, that I’ve had little or nothing to do with.
@Shaun & @Spinney, given that posts have been deleted, with no warning, threads deleted with no explanation & warnings issued I’ve not PM’d moderators as I’m not certain if that person can do the same there with regards deleting. I certainly can’t send the message onto someone else as a cut & paste can be denied by the sender & the sender can stop anyone else being involved.
If the posting style used by me is not upto people’s standards or expectations, why should I have to consider the “advice” given over posting style & content. At times theirs has been no better than mine. When things got heated on here I went to the other forums, including trying to support the two now closed.
I was on Cycling Plus since 2003-04, before becoming part of the mass migration. Shaun I will add this part. As far as I’m aware the PM’s received have nothing to do with recent bannings as already described. They started long before then.
I’ve leave you to the game of bingo that has been started, some people seem to want to carry over their PM’s onto the forum. There will be no winners on that game only losers.

All I can say, Classic, is that if we don't know about it we cannot do anything about it. So if PM's/posts have been deleted, it is now to late to go back and look. But if you stick around (and I hope you do), then if anyone posts nasty messages/PMs again, then report them right away.

It's just an Internet forum classic, if it is giving you so much grief, and it sounds like it is, then you need to just walk away and don't come back. If you are abused in the street I am sure you would not continue to stand next to the perpetrators so in this case, and for your own sanity just walk away.
