never tried them though I like the warning on the boxes they come in which in summary says: WARNING these types puncture a lot and wear out fast.

They wear quickly - some GP4000S tyres will be nearly as good for rolling resistance but last longer. I see quite a few used at TTs.

TT tyres........ you don't get the problems with puncture's TT'ing, so fine. Maybe not an early season tyre/hedge clipping time, but I've used a whole lot of TT tubs and never had a problem.
