Again it also raises the question what is so special about the horribly expensive Oakleys? Genuine question really as I get by with the Aldi ones and also a set from Decathlon which are pretty snazzy as well for £8. Oakleys look the biz so I can only assume its a style thing ?

Try them and you'll find out. My mum always said all you were paying for was marketing and would never spend more than 30 quid on a pair of sunglasses, until she knicked borrowed my oakleys for an afternoon, now she won't wear anything else. The lenses are streets ahead of other sunglasses.
