Stuck me head out of the door this morning and the air temp seemed OK, so short-sleeved shirt, gilet and hi-viz tabard went on. Got outside and thought "actually, it's a bit more chilly than that!!" so off came tabarrd & on went lightweight hi viz windproof. I msut've judged it right 'cos I got to work and only felt slightly moist   . Just checked the air temp here and it claimed to be 10.5 degC at 06:30 when I set off from home, so it wasn't cold, even for a soft southern shandy-drinker like me  . Roll on tomorrow, hopefully I'll be able to bag some arm/leg warmers from Aldi.

Yeah it was noticeably colder this morning, that Northerly wind was quite biting at times. Must dig out the full finger gloves soon.

I'm sure the arm warmers were out on the pansies in London. Myself, I think days like today are perfect for cycling. Shorts, SS top, fingerless gloves, just cool enough that I don't end up sweating rivers but can still work up a bit of a sweat on the commute. And sunny, fantastic!!!

Still in short sleeves. Little bit fresh at the start but quickly warmed up.
(was wearing a vest though to keep the chill off my chest)

It was lovely and sunny this morning, only a little chilly in the shade riding into the strong wind, without the wind it would have been a perfect day for a ride. Thought about a change into something warmer but realised after a few minutes riding I would be warm enough.

Leg warmers too.

Aye very windy up here, and it was a head wind this morning. I had to cycle several gears down compared to normal. All training I suppose!:smile:

Nope.. but they have been dug out ready if needed  Leg warmers too.

Knee warmers, overshoes, fingerless mitts and short sleeves for me this morning. Quite fresh but made for a lovely ride. Although the thought of digging out the fingered mitts did occur until I warmed up.

Clear lensed glasses were needed on yesterdays homeward journey so the nights are drawing in. Soon be dark to work and dark back again.
