The sellers page has been hacked. Another forum has a few detective types who found out the owner of the page and contacted them. As a result eBay have locked their account. Not least because there's a direct buy link on the further information page against eBay rules

If the page has been locked, why is it still taking bids?

VAT Number belongs to a company in Aberdeen.
Person listed as the seller was born twice, a month apart.

Someone on another forum recognised one of the photographs used as his own.

Guess ebay aren't fussed if ppl get ripped off on their site. Like FB aren't fussed companies harvest users data (so long as they pay or share their data with FB so they can use it). Face it online now is a dodgy place to be.
