Couriers - They Suck!

I always get goodies delivered to work which saves any of the 'you were out' nonsense - this has the added bonus that, if it's bike bits, I can then integrate them into existing stock with no-one else being any the wiser.

I try to do that. Ordered something recently, and the company only delivered to billing address, so I had to order and hope.

Then they emailed to say it wouldn't be in stock for a couple of weeks and did I want to carry on? So I said yes, but do you use courier or RM, as I won't be at home on a week day. They replied that they used courier, but would try and arrange with packing department to deliver to work address if I supplied it.

Since then I had to chase the order and it's further delayed so I've cancelled and will look elsewhere - shame, since they'd tried to accommodate me, but then most people are fine with an alternative address anyway...
