Any idea why I'd be getting cramp in both my feet whilst riding?

I'm constantly toe wiggling to try and relieve it.

Cheers.

I cramp up if I get cold, so in the winter, despite thick socks, loose shoes and good overshoes, my feet cramp after an hour or so's riding.

I also cramp up in other places so tend to wear several layers all year round.

Cramping in the toes is usually a sign of two things:

1) Shoes too tight...
2) Energy depletion or lack of water.

I can always tell when I'm starting to run low on energy as the toes always go first....

The cramps I'd say were more the bridge of my foot I'd say, not yours if it makes any difference.

Feet aren't cold, don't feel it anyway. Socks, shoes and over shoes on.

Didn't feel dehydrated.

I'll check shoe tightness next time, loosen them a bit.

Cheers for the replies
