Hi,

I have a prowheel Ounce compact crankset on my bike. I am looking to replace it after only about a thousand miles or so! I think its made out of best quality tin.

Any recommendations? Can I use the same bottom bracket with say a FSA or Campagnolo?

What bearing does crank length have?

Regards Neil

P.s Can you get touch up paint for a Bianchi?

Depending on the type of bottom bracket some Shimano Chansets have octalink while some others have just the standard square taper.
another factor is chain alignment if you buy a decent crankset you will get the bb with it . otherwise if you buy a crank your bb could be the wrong size so youll have to buy a bb anyway . i bought a bontrager racelite x that came with giga x pipe bb i find it great

Can't go wrong with a Campag chainset, assuming you can find a square taper one, they're all external type now. Might be best just bite the bullett and upgrade the BB as well and have done with it, that way you can be sure it'll fit.
