I wish people would learn the difference.

Since when were V-brakes "vintage" - OK, 90's original Shimano M950's in good nick I could excuse stretching "vintage" as a synonym for "historically relevant" but faded old APSE flex-tastic cheapies with bright orange rust - oh sorry, "Patina" is the cool word - nope.

You used to occasionally see it at car boot sales, you spy an old racer, amble over to have a look and owner explains...its vintage, it was quality etc etc....but you know it was mundane quality then, and its rusty, worn out old carp now. And the guy wants £100

Attempted salesmanship....poorly attempted, but then there always some poor fool out there....
