I would be worried that my local council might use it as an instruction manual for new work.
I once saw a local authority cycling strategy whose cover design consisted of a collection of images of signs relating to cycling infrastructure. So yes, you've guessed it, there on the front of a document intended to promote cycling were the words "Cyclists Dismount" in big bold highlighted letters...
