Slightly OT, but I bought a 10-stop ND (as part of a filter set) recently. I haven't used it yet, but I'll post examples when I do.

My wife asked me what it was for, and I told her it can be used to make people disappear.

Now, she's started looking at me suspiciously ...

I'll be curious as to your findings.
I'm contemplating a 6 stop as I think a 10 stop may be overkill.

Firstly very jealous that my daughter just got this, secondly really impressed by her composition on an iPhone 13! Probably not planned but it feels like she nailed it. Really wish I was out there.

⬆️ Have always thought this building was a bit overblown, but the low sunlight and reflections gave it something worth looking at.

That is by far the best still photo of the Northern Lights I have seen. Most look pretty feeble compared to the actual moving show.

Yeah, it's sickening  I doubt she'll have shot it in RAW unfortunately otherwise I'd be doing a bit of processing and getting a print. Best I've managed is the one in my profile (although that's mainly STEVE) which I've got on canvas and this one from Narvik two years ago.

Taking advantage of the sun, this guy on a pole kept me in the shade at Place Massena, Nice (whilst having another glass of Rosé).

It was only after reviewing this next photo that I realised I missed an opportunity, it could have been entitled "Brompton big wheel conversion". Shame about the framing!
